REFEREL Consulting is expanding its team and is looking for a Junior Project Manager – IT / Marketing who wants to grow in managing digital, marketing, and technology projects for clients in Bulgaria, the United States, and Europe.
The position is suitable for junior specialists or candidates without significant prior experience who have an interest in IT, digital marketing, and project management. We provide training, a clear structure, and support from experienced mentors.
Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the management of IT and marketing projects

Communicating with clients, partners, and internal teams

Tracking tasks, deadlines, and project milestones

Working with project management and CRM tools

Preparing status updates and short reports

Participating in planning and optimization of work processes
